48 Hour Film Project
This is an open call for actors, filmmakers, editors, musicians, or anyone with talent or just enthusiasm to have some fun!
The 48 Hour Film Project takes place on June 15th through 17th. I expect to shoot the morning of Saturday, June 16th, for most of the day. Editing will take place Saturday night through Sunday up until the deadline time.
We have 48 hours to make a short 3-7 minute film based on certain criteria obtained at the kick-off party on Friday, June 15th.
Criteria (or elements) that will be chosen that night include:
– A Character
– A Prop
– A Line of Dialogue
– A Genre (to be chosen out of a hat at random)
My team is called Lame Title Productions and I already have a wonderful selection of talented people, but I’m always looking for more talent and production help!
We’re completely amateur and we’re just out to have some fun and make a film. This will be a no-budget production.

Important Dates to remember:
June 15th, 7pm – Kick-off party
June 16th, 8am* – Call time for talent and crew
June 17th, 7pm – Film Submission Deadline
*Time subject to change.
The film will be screened the week following June 17th with the other submissions. Date and Time TBA.
